Green tea
I just discovered that i love green tea! I drink it unsweetened, but add half a packet of Stevia....so good! So how much green tea should i be drinking a day? I've already drank 2 glasses today. I've heard that it helps with weight loss. :drinker:

sparkling water?
over the weekend i tried some peach sparkling water. it was so good! i read the nutritional facts, and everything was 0, but it was carbonated. how good is this water for you? it seems to be the best choice for when i want a soft drink.

Need motivation: so sick of drinking water!
i'm having trouble drinking 8 glasses of water a day. the most i drink is 5 or 6. i'm so sick of drinking water! i haven't had any other drink besides water for the past few days except for this morning; i drank a glass of milk. any ideas on how i can drink 8 glasses of water a day? without feeling sick?

what's some good shakes/smoothies for me to make for breakfast or an afternoon snack? i like peanut butter and chocolate, but they ain't too good for you so i try to stay away from them. but if anyone has a good recipie with them in it, i'll try it.

so i kind of have an obsession with cheese
I love love love cheese, however when i eat it, i can watch it take up instant residence in my obliques. :grumble: i have been doing good for a week or so...almost no cheese! Which is really hard. I'm in love with grilled cheeses, so i've been staying away from them...but i want one soooo bad!! Any advice?

Should i change my workout routine?
I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week, for about an hour. I usually do the same stuff, i.e treadmill, strength training, elliptical. Should i mix it up and not work the same muscles every day?

Your gym routine...
I usually walk on the treadmill at about 3.5mph for 20-25 mins, then I do the elliptical for about ten mins, and then I lift weights and try to target all my muscles, but I feel like I'm not getting results. What exercises do you do at the gym? Are you seeing results??
