my bmi is 25.2...right on the borderline of healthy and over. i weigh 142 and i'm 5'3". and i exercise 3-4 times a week for 45-hour.

just think of all the calories you can save to eat something better! and just think of all the money you will save if you stop going there!! i don't know how much a coffee and burrito is, but i'm sure it adds up. you could be rich if you stopped going there lol.

oh gosh, i know how you feel! I'm lucky to get in 5-6 glasses a day....and i usually drink a liter or so when i go to the gym. However, i didn't go to the gym today, so i've only downed about 3 glasses, and one glass of unsweetened green tea (so good!) And two of those glasses of water I've put in half a pack of crystal…

1- sweatpants and a tshirt 2-hmm...the butt blaster! :laugh: 3-i like tuna or chicken 4- cute clothes, good hair days, and going out with my guy :heart: 5-hmm....if i go out, maybe jeans and a cute t....or a cute dress...don't dress up that often tho

well i have to admit...i gave into a cupcake today. But i felt gross afterwards. So just think of how you would feel afterwards if you ate it. That's how i usually do it. Whenever i don't feel like going to the gym, i think "just think how good i feel afterwards"...and i usually go. :smile:

When i first saw the elliptical, i thought "hmm doesn't look too hard." Boy was i wrong!! that's a hard workout, and I'm only up to ten mins lol. but i always feel great afterwards, so i look forward to doing it everyday. :happy:

go to the store and get you some 60 calorie packs of pudding! i just went and bought me some last night cause i love sweets, too. i got dark chocolate and cinamon roll. the cinamon roll is ok, but i haven't tried the dark chocolate yet, although i'm sure it's good! :smile:
