Depends on the actual meal you pick. They both have high sodium in many of their meals!0

Depends on which entree...
They are both full of sodium and preservatives- want to be careful not to always eat these.
**I am a HUGE fan of Kashi. They use natural ingredients with less sodium than the other frozen meals. They are tastier, in my opinion.0 -
Taste wise, I am a lean cuisine or healthy choice fan....0

I usually just go with whichever one happens to be on sale that week. They're interchangable IMO0

I go healthy choice because they have more veggies. I only use them when I have no other resort because, koff koff, MY cooking beats them hands-down!
My food rocks :bigsmile:0 -
neither, it's the lesser of two evils0

I avoid these as much as I can due to high sodium content each one has but if I have no other alternative or want something very quick, am short on time, I pick Lean Cuisine but I check of all the entrees they carry which one has less sodium.0

I agree completely! Kashi is most likely the best option. Frozen foods are deceptive because of the very high Sodium
Kashi tries to eliminate the sodium and uses much better ingredient! And they taste GREAT!!0 -
For taste, I've always thought Smart Ones. But like everyone else has said, neither are great for you b/c of the sodium0
