questions about cortisol
I recently read that said working out over an hour raises testosterone levels in women causing your body to release stress hormone cortisol.if that's the case then should you work out in say 30 minute increments twice a day? or not to work out more than an hour a day? and has anyone ever heard of this as well?

Burning calories gardening????
I have a LARGE garden. It does take a lot of work, but it's hard for me to think I burned over 400 cals doing some of the things I do in it..... Ex. Ok my main workouts are on my elliptical. I have stepped it up by doing the Juilliard michals ifit challenge. After 30 min of intense workout on it my elliptical says I burned almost 500 calories but the myfitnesspal report says only 300 something. Which one should I go off of?
