How do you know when "you're there"?
How does everyone decide what their goal weight will be? Is it reaching a previous weight? A recommended weight? Just waiting till you feel right? Question about weighing fruit and veggies(don't laugh!)
When you weigh your fruit and vegetables.... Do you weigh them with or without the peel/core etc? Yesterday I ate a banana that weighed 154 grams with the peel on it. In between weights...should i go heavier or lighter?
