Thoughts on this lifting/exercise plan?

Options
As Phase 1(3 weeks) of a 9 week plan...

Sunday-Rest Day
Monday-Arms + interval on treadmill
Tuesday-Legs + Abs
Wednesday-Chest + interval on treadmill
Thursday-Back + interval on treadmill
Friday-Active Rest
Saturday-Kickboxing class


Too much? Too little? What would you change?

    Options
    What body part do you hate doing the most? Whatever it is, IMO that should be done on Mondays and continue on down to your favorite body part on Thursday. Why? Because enthusiasm and motivation are highest usually on Monday and if one leaves the body part they hate to do the most near the end of the week, chances are the effort will be lack luster or they may skip it altogether.

    That's a good point. I do like arms so maybe that should be closer to end of the week. Maybe on Wednesday so I am not sore for kickboxing and then legs/abs on Thursday because its the easiest for me. Thank you!
