I did it - I'm well on my way to goal 2!!!

anybody new to running that can answer a question?
I just added in some jogging into my exercise. I haven't run in years so I have to start very very slow. I have no idea the distance around my house but I would jog 2 laps, walk 2 laps...and eventually I jogged 11 (or 13, lost count) and then walked an equal number. After a plateau I'm planning to kick butt and take no prison

I finally got through my plateau!
I have been so discouraged that I couldn't break the 15 pound loss plateau. I'm getting discouraged!! Should I change something??

Getting rather frustrated
Okay.... I've been at this MFP thing since 7/24. I'm riding a Lifecycle 50-60 miles per week in 3-4 increments. I've recently adding in curls and such to work my arms and get them more toned.
