Whoosh after a higher carb today
All last week I was maintaining or slightly over. Back fat. Any way to target it?
Anyone know if there are there certain exercises to help reduce back fat or do I just need to be patient? I've noticed a small change in the 100 days I've been at this but am super self conscious about my back. I do lift but maybe not doing the best exercise .

What is something strange you notice....
What is something strange you notice since going low carb? For me, its not being able to find chicken with the skin on at the grocery store. Today I had to go to three grocery stores before I was able to find chicken thighs wih the skin on so I could make cracklin' chicken. Geez everything was boneless skinless.

Multistix - odd results
Tested my urine at work last night just for the heck of it using Multistix and got moderate ketones but what baffled me was that I had protein and trace amounts of blood in my urine. O have no signs of a UTI so I'm stumped. Could this be from low carb?
