Chicken as a meal by itself?
Sometimes I cook up about 250g of chicken and use a lite crumb and jus thave it by itself the chicken has so much protein and barely any fat ect and also so quick to make, I was just wondering if this is okay to do? To much sugar free v ?
I usually drink 2 - 3 energy drinks with only 8 calories per 250ml I was wondering is having 3 250ml cans throughout the day bad or will it be okay for my fat loss/muscle gains?

What are the best supps to help me build muscle without gaining fat? I'm scared of using some sort of mass gainer because I don't want to gain fat. Help!?
