Today I bought a subway and I was wondering if there is any websites to properly track these calories exactly, on MFP nothing fits what I had, sauces ect..

Go to the Subway site and copy their information into the database if nothing is there already for what you had.0

on subway's website..there's calculate your own sandwich feature.
You pick what you got on the toppings and it'll sum up the calories and macros.
Though any restaurant food is never accurate, it'll do the job.0 -
Thanks!! Just looked it up and my 12inch chicken teriyaki sub has 58g of sugar?! and I haven't even added the sauce yet surely this can't be right?0

Oh trust me it can be. Teriyaki chicken is in a sweet sauce - sugar. Did you have bread? - sugar. Probably processed chicken - sugar. Some of their veg - sugar.0
