Lately I've been making home made chicken burgers because they're full of protein and just so easy to make, I'll list what I use and any opinions on whether I should cut these out of my diet or continue to make them.
- 160 - 190 grams of chicken breast
- Coat and cook (12g = 38cal)
- Mainland - Smoked Cheese Single, 2 single slice (2x 120cal)
- A poached egg
- Tip Top - Burger Buns - Super Soft White (180cal)
- Lettuce/Beetroot/grated carrot
- Lite sweet chili sauce/caramelised onions
Thoughts?
