Tdee method and using a fitbit
I am doing the Tdee method and I have a fitbit ...My exercise is already counted in the method but my fitbit keeps adding exercise to my food diary ...How can I change this? I didnt exercise today but my fitbit added like 200 and something calories to my diary ...I was on the road most of the day ..Thanks

I think I am doing something wrong ..... I sync my fitbit on my fitbit.com after working out and again before I go to bed .........my question is should i not sync it before going to bed....its giving me extra calories to burn UGH
