Why does my tummy growl even when i am eating ??? does anyone else have this problem???

    The growling is really just air moving around in your stomach. Try adding more water. That may help.

    mine does sometimes, it even growls after a big meal. i dont get it!! its annoying! lol

    Its not just air, your belly is constantly making rumbling and gurgling noises(you just cant hear all of it), its just the sound of food moving through your digestive tract.

    Actually, it's borborygmus--one of my favorite words!

    In Chinese medicine it's a sign of an imbalanced digestive system, usually Spleen Qi deficiency.

    Interesting...tell us more:smile: My Husband take High Blood Pressure Meds & his stomach is LOUD...course he also drinks a lot of water & soda. Any comments on that?:tongue: Thank you.
