How much do you eat daily?
I'm on week 3, Paleo. It was easy at first, but the voice in my head is telling me I'm doing something wrong, because I don't eat as much as I used to or "should." Why does it tell everyone that? Are we trying to always eat under? I sometimes go over, just by a few, and it doesn't broadcast the message that I went over (which I guess is good), lol! But really, what is the purpose of telling us someone was under?
