Ok so two solid days of working out (p90x lean) after a Holiday break of only 3 workouts, so now I'm sore all over. So I'm thinking how awesome it's going to be when the fat comes off and I can see all those muscles! All my fellow MFPers we can do this and see a better us!

how to get more protein
Ok starting p90x tomorrow and already am concerned with my protein intake. As I log for my dinner tonight, having pork tenderloin, butternut squash and the hubby wants rice. Amazing how many carbs in the squash. How am going to do this? Suggestions? I guess I'll have to consume some whey protein in addition (btw Ick). Help…

Ok so let's talk who takes what? Daily vitamin? Flax seed oil? Fish oil? Garlic? When I look at some of my day's I'm not getting enough vitamins, so was thinking I should take something. I used to take Flax/Fish oils and my skin was just awesome, so may just have to go back to that. :) Please advise.

having a hard time

Hi All So is it wrong that I only count actual work outs for exercise? Some days I'm busier than others and yadda yadda and I just figure that's just my life. It's not actually a workout. What do you all do?

So I was thinking that if I'm only eating 1208 calories a day (this seems low to me) and then I exercise am I too low? So I'm thinking that I need to eat those cals that I burned. Input?

starting a run program
Hi I have kicked the smoking habit and wanted to start running. I've been training off/on for 4 weeks. I can walk/run 2 mi. in 24 min. There is a 5k on 12-18 but I'm afraid that I won't be running/walking fast enough. I don't want to be the last one across the line. Suggestions????? Thanks

Hi All I've been using the app on my phone for two weeks and just went online and saw the rest. :) I quit smoking 1.5 years ago and gained 30lbs.
