So I was thinking that if I'm only eating 1208 calories a day (this seems low to me) and then I exercise am I too low?
So I'm thinking that I need to eat those cals that I burned. Input?

Yes. The whole methodology behind the site is that your target daily calories are your "net calories". Any calories burned through exercise you need to make up through food. At the very least, you need to eat the majority of the calories you burned.
Especially with your target calorie level being so low, if you don't eat your exercise calories, you risk your body going into starvation mode, which will make weight loss harder.0
