Ok with doing the p90x I need way more protein than I will eat in a day. I've heard about these think thin bars high in protein and no sugar.

Ok all what do you know???? They seem kind of expensive but am willing to try them if it means I am not eating chicken all day.

Thanks in advance. Oh and btw I'm not thinking theyll be a cure all I'm just thinking they'll help me get the protein I may need on some days. :)

    Hey,

I've never heard of thin bars. I use to use BB protein bars but now I just shop the local GNC / Vitamin Shopp for Whey Protien powder.
I like Gold Sytandard Whey - 120 calories - only 3 grams of carbs 1 gram of sugar and 24 grams of Protein.

Remember too, you don't need any more Protien then your body weight per day.

Read lables because they load these bars with sugar and you don't want that!

I ordered a bunch of them a while back! While they are not rotten, they are not totally awesome either. Mind you this is my opinion and my opnion only. The box sits next to my box of Clif Mojo and when I go to grab one or the other I always grat the Clif Mojo. They are filling, I will say that, but there is just something about the taste that puts me off. I did a box of the mixed combination of chocolate fudge, brownie crunch, and chunky peanut butter, and then singles of several others and the dipped strawberry one is one that I liked more than the others.

I just went and grabbed one to remember what else it was that kind of puts me off and while yes, they are packed with protein, and have no sugar, the calories and sodium is what keeps me from grabbing them very often. Looking at a chocolate peanut butter one, right now, and the calories are 240 and sodium is 220. That's a little high for me, on both counts, especially if I am having this first thing in the morning, as say a breakfast or before workout, and I have no idea how my day is going to go yet.

I had asked the same question, here, when I found out about the Think Thin bars and someone had recommended to me to purchase some single bars and try them out. I know they are sold at "some" grocery stores but when I looked it up on their site I found that they ARE NOT sold in North Dakota. So, I didn't have the option of just buying singular ones. If I did have that option I would have totally taken their suggestion. I have read the reviews and I know that this is something that is very good for those who need gluten free.

Again it is all personal preference, but when I FINALLY eat what I did purchase I will not purchase these again. Like I said, I am totally in love with Clif Mojo bars and I keep myself stocked on them. The chocolate dipped one is like a chocolate covered rice krispy treat.

they might even sell those mojo bars in my town so I don't have to drive to Vegas to get them. Thanks for the input. :)
