how to get more protein

Ok starting p90x tomorrow and already am concerned with my protein intake. As I log for my dinner tonight, having pork tenderloin, butternut squash and the hubby wants rice. Amazing how many carbs in the squash. How am going to do this? Suggestions? I guess I'll have to consume some whey protein in addition (btw Ick).

Help please. I don't want to eat a ton of eggs as my husband lost his job a month ago, and our chickens aren't laying b/c of winter or something (they're young). Eggs are over 3$ a dozen ughh.

    I eat 100-150g of protein a day. Here are my main sources - I will eat these by themselves or as part of recipes - there are a ton of good recipes on the internet and this site:

    Legumes (especially lentils)
    tuna (canned)
    fish
    chicken
    Tofu
    quinoa
    eggs/egg whites (you can buy just whites),
    nutritional yeast
    seitan (here's the recipe I use: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=606572 )
    turkey
    yogurt (esp. greek or icelandic - higher in protein)
