Bob Harper's Inside Out Method Kettlebell Sculpted Body
Ok, I did this today for the first time today!! I used a 5 pd kettlebell to start with since this was my first time using a kettlebell. Half way through I switched to a 10 pd. Awesome workout!!!! 50 minutes from start to finish! Just wondering how I put this under my exercise????????? Thanks in advance!!!!:bigsmile:

Bad habit.............
:grumble: I have one bad habit that I believe is preventing me from losing weight..........I love, love love coffee but my downfall to it is I have to put a TON of sugar in it!!! I get an extra large dark roast coffee at Sheetz and put 19 sugars and about 1/2 cup of half and half in it!!! I have tried Splenda, Truvia, etc…

Does this seem ok to start out?
I like using the treadmill at the gym but I tend to get bored so I figured I'd start mixing some running into it. Right now starting off I walk at 3.8 for 2-3 min and then will run for about a minute, minute and a half at 6.1, at an incline of 2. I was just wondering if this is ok to start out with???

Exercise better before or after you eat???
When I exercise at home doing my work-out dvds, I always do it before I eat. Same with when I go to the gym after work. Is it better to do it this way?? Thanks in advance!! :smile:
