Just a little bit underweight....
I'm 5'4, pear shaped and 105 pounds. most of my friends weigh around the same and say i shouldn't gain any weight. People compliment me on my looks a lot, and i sorta like my body........BUT i havent gotten my period in months and want normal sized boobs.......should i gain weight?? if so...how much?

Fruit and vegatable........binge?
So i ate like 3 cups of broccoli/carrots and like 2 cups of jumbo grapes, with 1/4 a cup of reduced fat cheese. Then i ate more grapes, more broccoli and a **** load of tea. Replacing warm milk with cardio
I usually feel pretty good about my eating through-out the day, but it still feels nice to get in a little bit of an extra workout right before bed.
