So i'm 108 pounds and dont wanna loose anymore weight. Like seriously i cant afford to loose any more weight! but at the same time my body feels flabby. Someone tell me how i can build a little muscle everyday without TOO much intense work. I'm talking like half an hour or less no gym or equipment:/
(I really like ab workouts, but hear thats not the way to go. Also it seems like no matter how many things i read/look at i cant do a proper squat.)

Look up convict conditioning or use milk cartons as dumbells. But honestly you wont make any progress without intense work. You earn every pound of muscle you gain.
Squating is easy grab a stool or chair and pretend to sit down. Remember to keep your back up and *kitten* out. Once youve masterd sitting  sounds funny in my head work on the up. Drive from the hips like your getting some good loving and keep your head up as this helps keep your body in form.0 -
Unfortunately, you don't build muscle without intensity and a calorie surplus.
You could start with bodyweight exercises, but eventually you will need to up the resistance.. and thats where the gym or buying equipment comes in.
Also, squatting is not hard.. as the poster above said, pretend to be sitting in a chair with your *kitten* out and chest up/out.0 -
If you want to build muscle without doing any work you could either do steroids or butt cheek and pectoral implants. That's about the only way I can think of.0
