Three weeks to lose three lbs, two DAYS to put it back on!
Coping with 4 pm chocolate cravings
I am OK through the day ... but around 4 pm every day, I have serious chocolate cravings. My food plan does have room for it, but it's still frustrating to endure. Does anyone else endure this ... and does anyone have any ideas that work?
I just joined this group! Looking forward to learning about this - I've always suspected that one did not need to starve to lose weight, and it's nice to see that idea confirmed!
