I have been wearing my heartrate monitor to work because my job is very active and I wanted to know how many calories I was burning. Should I report those finding on my tracker or not?

Last night my husband challenged me to turn it up a notch I set my incline on my treadmill to max incline (10% in my case) and run for as hard as I can for 2 mins straight then bring it down to an easy jog for 1 min. Extreme house cleaning?
Ok so I wore my heart rate monitor while cleaning today I ran from chore to chore and tried to keep my heart rate up. In one hour I burned 300 + calories O.O it was awesome so now my house sparkles and I am one step closer to my goal. I am so doing this from now on!
