    A tiny homemade carrot cake cupcake, baked by a co-worker. I couldn't say no :tongue:
    A Cappucino from Pret
    And----A Bagel with Cream Cheese, Haven't had this yet, they give them out free here in the office on Fridays.

    Now, on a normal day, I usually just have coffee and a banana or egg white omelette with ham.
