    A caramel rice cake topped with 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter and 1/4 of a mashed banana, a half glass of skimmed milk, a delicious gummy vitamin, and black coffee. Also a can of Red Bull Total Zero before I hopped on the treadmill. 145 calories. Light, yet filling.

    Egg white omelette, 3 servings, 90 cals.
    Misc Veggies - who cares how many cals, it's under 50 and it's good for you.
    .25 oz cheddar cheese shredded - approximately 90 cals
    2 bacon - can't recall.

    All told it's about 400 cals for breakfast, but about half of my protein requirements all in breakfast alone. And it's super good.
