I was super hungry this morning, so I had:
Homemade Oatmeal Waffle (149 calories) with 1/4 TBSP Skippy Natural PB (24 calories)
Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (98 calories) mixed with 1/2 scoop of Strawberry Protein Powder (70 calories)
Homemade Protein Bar (93 calories)
Total of 434 calories0 -
Fried two slices of bacon and an egg. Then I stacked them on a toasted lite english muffin. Screw Mcdonald's I make my own breakfast sandwiches!0

When I work I just have coffee and when I don't have oatmeal or bran flakes. (I don't when I work because there is normally some tasty treat thrown my way and I always ended up over my cals because I had a bowl of stupid rasin bran. No will power .0 -
