    Oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a sliced banana. And a couple slices of bacon. Oh, and a bottle of water. I'm about to work out and after work out I'll have second breakfast which will be an apple, a fiber bar, and some hot tea.

    5 pieces of kale, juice of half a lemon, stevia, hot water - blended up .. yummy healthy drink. Also, a slice of ginger and juice of half a lemon with boiling water is my morning tea.

    4 crackers with light french onion laughing cow cheese wedges
    3/4 c cottage cheese.

    All fruit frozen
    2c spinach
    2tbsp psyllium husk
    2tbsp hemp seed hearts
    1/2c prune juice
    1c coconut water

    Blend and drink! Its a lot of calories, but its nutritionally jam-packed with goodness!
