Last night my husband challenged me to turn it up a notch I set my incline on my treadmill to max incline (10% in my case) and run for as hard as I can for 2 mins straight then bring it down to an easy jog for 1 min. Rinse and repeat... It was an amazing work out 20 mins was all I could manage but I burned 200+ cals just from that.

Nice idea for a High Intensity Interval Training (what people here refer to as HIIT). Personally when it comes to burning calories and boosting cardiovascular fitness, I love intervals. They can be some of the toughest to do but the benefits are huge.0

Yeah and you get the best metabolic after burnthats always a plus
