6 min abs

My husband is in the military and he has this 6 min work out he does everyday. I have started doing it with him and I have to say WOW it hurts like hell but does it ever work! here is what you do:

Min 1: crunches ( hold your feet up about even with your knees and bring alternate elbow to the knee that is across from it)
min 2: Hold your legs out straight about 6 inches above the ground hold there hands under your bum
min 3: with your legs still out raise and lower your legs slowly about every 10 secs
min 4: plank ( hold yourself up on your toes core strong on your elbows)
min 5: side plank ( stack your feet and face one way or the other raising your arm over your head and scooping under your tummy)
Min 6: side plank ( other side)

there are diffrent exercises you change out every day as we progress I will share :) any ideas?
