I am a 26 year old woman. I use to be 226 pounds back in my ealy twenties. I lost A LOT of weight and got all the way down to 140 pounds. Problem is I have gotten married ( about 2 years ago) and since then I have really lost all motivation to keep myself healthy. I am back up to 175 pounds now and I want to nip this in the bud before I wind up like I was before. I would love to be about 130 pounds or so by Dec 31st ( not sure if thats even possible) I could use any advice

Meeper123, be encouraged! You did it once and you can do it again. I have been married for 15 years and have gained 31 pounds. I think myfitnesspal can help you. Set a goal and work towards it. Now, my husband and I are working together to lose weight and think that will help. Perhaps your husband will work with you. Remember, you are special and want to be the best "you" you can be.
Good luck:-)0
