Fitbit?
I was wondering if it would be better just to get a heart rate monitor or use the fitbit. I see a lot of people using it at work but I wasn't sure how accurate the calories burned are. Does that go by you heart rate? Just want to get some feedback on which is better to use.

started to take this class at my gym it is 1hr long but I can't find it in the exercise part to log the calories. any suggestions on what to use? Thanks!

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has used them. I know it is expensive but I guess the computer on the machine is like a personal trainer and adjusts as you make progress. They are running a special right now but I don't know anyone who has actually done it. If anyone has any comments good or bad I'd like to hear

Shakeology
was wondering if anyone uses it. I do know a couple of people who have and have lost weight using it by replacing one meal. it looks harmless but they are also "pushers" for it! It's all they talk about. I may try it but wondering has anyone else had it and how did they feel taking it?

So I workout 90min per day every day this week. Absolutely killed it at the gym. left completely soaked kept to my calories and what do I get for weigh in day?? a big fat gain that's what I get. Calories burned what do you use
So the calories on the machines at the gym are lower than what the site has. I have been logging in what the machines at the gym say and keeping it on the low side. Does anyone know which one is more accurate? Sometimes the site will say 100 cal more than the gym machine. Wondering if I should just buy a heart rate monitor…
