Morning and welcome to a new week! I did the fit test this morning - everything improved except side obliques which I did the same number for, and had to have a couple of rests from. Form sucked though - I knew my back wasnt as straight as it ought to be. Next session it will be! Hope you're well :)

Core Cardio - it rocked this morning but I reckon I'll feel my shoulder aching later. I couldnt keep up with the switch kicks BUT I could do most of everything else...was awesome. Hi there, quick question please. I'm aiming for about 1900 cals a day, with a 40/30/30 breakdown, and am doing Insanity (not as well as the super fit people on the DVDs are!)
