Is your Rep Speed really an important factor in building muscle?
I did not write this. Just passing along... There’s so much confusion about this essential muscle building principle, that I wanted to dive in an take a closer look… I bet you are confused right now about at least one of these questions... “Should I be training fast?” “Should my reps be explosive?” "What is tempo?" “What…

I was reflecting back over that time and thinking about things I have learned about fitness, nutrition, myself, the fitness industry, etc. I would like to hear some of the truths you have discovered along the way... Some of the items that came to my mind are:…

Nutrition is SIMPLE. Agree or No?
*Disclaimer: This was posted in another fitness forum by someone else. I like how succinct (simple) the post is. A year plus into my weight loss and fitness journey of trying many different things, I have found this approach to be true (and the most sustainable long term). So I am reposting on MFP :) ... There are only 2…
