Staying at current weight, but look toner?
Is it possible to stay at my current weight, around 145ish, work out eat decent but look a bit more toned Like just add muscle? How can I achieve this? What should I put my goals at? How long did it take to see if it was working for you? I up'd mine maybe a week ago and I've lost nothing. :( I've lost 6 lbs all together but that took me forever so i wanted to see if going from 1200 to 1440 would help. Anyone else recently (or at all) go up and how long did it take to see it was working for you?

Time to be a big girl. Lol. Went from the 1200 (plus extra from working out) to 1440. Hoping this works. Haven't lost anything in a week and a half and this should be the easiest part to lose (the first 10lbs) People that have moved up, how has it helped you?
