Hey! At my work they are doing a weight loss challenge, involving money. I'm in. Its 20 per person, and the person that loses the most % of body fat wins it all!
So I'm going in it to win it. I want that money, I need that money and I think this is the best motivation.
It runs from Jan 6- March 31 Appox 12 weeks.
So what are some tips, advice to win it? So far there about 10 people in it. What can I do to improve my chances??

Early Morning cardio in the absence of carbohydrate intake, the brain and NS run entirely on glucose so in the morning before eating any carbs the body is more prone to utilizing fat as a fuel source, double edge this sword with HIIT style cardio for a longer lasting metabolic effect and even triple edge this bad boy by drinking 150-300mg of caffein (1-2 cups of straight black cofee, no sugar or creamer) caffeine is a natural fat burner and firther promotes the bodies use of fat as a fuel source, in the gym switch between cardio and lifting, theres something about this style of training that has always worked for me in cutting phases especially when Im going for a 6 pack look instead of functional power, thats the best advice I have after years in special ops and working with the best in the world this is what most of us would advise0

I should have specified, when I meant switch between cardio and lifting I mean for example to do 10 minutes of cardio followed by 4 supersets followed by 10 minutes of cardio and repeat that a total of 4 times so 4 supersets and 4-10 minute cardio sessions, and if you need to work your way up thats fine just make sure your workout is longer than 20 minutes0

^This, especially the strength/resistance training part if you are focusing on body fat %, in my opinion.0 -
I work out twice a day . it works for me. I think that working out 30 minutes in the evening helps keep my metabolism going . I could be wrong but it works for me....0

And here is a weighing in tip: Cut sodium down a day or two before the weigh in to drop a bit of extra water weight.0 -
