Work Weight loss challenge

So I've signed up for a weight loss challenge that starts on the 6th. Goes for 12 week. Each person puts in 20$ and the person that loses the most % of weight, wins it all.

So, if I put my money in, I'm in it to win it! $$ is the best motivation. Lol/

Has anyone ever done one of these before? What is some advice/tips for it? Should I eat a lot of salt and drink a lot of water before hand to try to add on a few more pounds for my starting weight? HAHAHAHA! Jk, kinda. Unless that works....

    Ooh, sounds like fun. I would have a mini binge the night before, try not to poo the morning of, and weigh in with a full bladder.

    Keep in mind, I have zero experience w/ this. I just wrote the opposite of what I do before a weigh-in!

  • I did this too except we are putting up $100 and the winner wins the pot! We are doing it for 12 weeks. The only problem is that I'm pretty sure that I am the most well studied in the area of weight loss... so I know whats healthy and whats not. I'm pretty sure that the rest of the office will be crash dieting... meaning they will lose more... and I am trying to decide if I want to win or lose weight healthily.
