I work out 5-6 times a week. Sometimes for just 30 minutes, sometimes 90 minutes depending on the day and my schedule. At least 2 hours a week is strength and the rest cardio. What can I do to improve?
Am I even doing it right so far? I'm 31 yrs old, 5' and 147lbs. I'm a size 6. I'm big boned and have a decent amount of muscle.
