OMG Just have to share
I just got up and weighed myself, I usually do this every few days. I have finally broken the 95kg barrier!!! I am now 94.7kg, I haven't seen that number on the scale in quite a few years, to me if I was under 98kg before I was ok. Now I never want to see the other side of that 95 again!!

Urgh New scales
So what happens when you get new scales and stand on them and they tell you a different story? I know I weighed on them after I had already weighed in for the week and at a totally different time of day. Why do I feel so thoroughly defeated?
