How to exercise with major injuries?

Hi all,
After an enforced 11 weeks break after suffering a major fall at work, I am back to logging. However, I can't do much in the way of exercise as I have completely torn a ligament in my ankle. Can anyone suggest some sorts of exercise that I can do without causing further injury until I have had surgery to repair?
Thanks in advance.

Agreed... major injury is a good sign to rest and just work on your diet to lose weight or maintain..... I imagine you are in Physical therapy by now... Listen to your therapist they will best set up a plan to get you back in the game.... Best of Luck0
