day 1 of 30 day shred...I couldn't finish it :(
Hey Guys, I've just started level 1 of the 30 day shred, and I couldn't finish it :( I got so out of breath (I have asthma) at about 14 minutes in that I had to stop! I'm happy with what I did, but disappointed at the same time.. Any one else not been able to complete it at first? I'm hoping it gets better! xx

Weight for calories when cooked or frozen?
Hi all, It's my treat night (still within my daily calorie allowance). I'm having some curly fries, it says 100g...390 calories... Is the 100g the weight from frozen, or after they're cooked? :S Thanks :) xx

Hi everyone! I currently weigh 219lbs, and MFP says I should be eating 1200 per day. IS THIS ENOUGH?
