Too few calories?

Hi everyone!
I currently weigh 219lbs, and MFP says I should be eating 1200 per day.
IS THIS ENOUGH?
I don't feel like I'm depriving myself of food, I'm not starving all of the time and I'm enjoying eating healthier, but after reading a few posts I'm worried 1200 is too low, and that weight will come off too quickly and then i'll just stop losing the rest of the weight!
Do I ignore MFP or just carry on eating 1200?
