Weight for calories when cooked or frozen?

Hi all,
It's my treat night (still within my daily calorie allowance).
I'm having some curly fries, it says 100g...390 calories...
Is the 100g the weight from frozen, or after they're cooked? :S

    From what I can put together, comparing info. from here, calorieking.com, and sparkpeople.com it is after they are cooked.
