How often do you update your weight??
Lately I have steadily been losing weight and am not sure when to update my goals?

Is that right??
I try to update my weight monthly on here; and I've noticed as I'm losing weight my calories increase. Is that right?? I lost a little over 4lbs the past month and it increased my calories by 300 - seems counter productive to me. Should I start eating more?

How much protein is too much protein??
I started adding protein bars into my diet... I have a protein shake for breakfast, a protein snack bar mid morning and a protein meal bar for lunch. I noticed lately I've been feeling very nauseous mid afternoon; could too much protein be the reason?

Best part of diving....
For me the best part of diving is the silence; except for hearing your bubbles. It's the best relaxation. You can completely let go of everything above water and just enjoy life under the sea :happy: If I had unlimited air supply there are times that I'd never surface :wink: What's your favorite part?

So I started week 2 of RI30 and for the life of me I can not do the table move she does. If I place my hands further back (behind my hips; what Jillian says not to do) than I can manage it but I know its not correct. Any suggestions?

A New Perspective....
I have been on MFP for almost 6 months now. I have my great weeks and not so great weeks. I work full time, take care of my 1 year old and go to school full time. 1st NSV !!!!
The best thing (fitness wise) happened yesterday... I was able to hold a proper plank position for 30 seconds!!! It felt like 5 minutes and towards the end my arms were shaking like crazy but I stayed focus and to my surprise I made it!! It may be a small victory for many but for me it was exhilarating :happy:

To workout or not to workout....
What is everyone's views on working out when you're sick? I have been told both sides; working out is good for you - all the sweat and blood flow will help you get better sooner. Shoes... any advise?
I need a pair of good running shoes. The shoes I have now fit nicely when Im not running but when I start my toes tend to get pinched. And the palm of my foot ( I thinks thats what its called) tends to get blisters. Any suggestions?
