Started s90d...Holy cow!

I finished day 2 of Supreme 90 day! Though Im excited I finished it, Im not sure about some of the moves. Theres one called the pike; where you get into a plank position with your feet on a stability ball then raise your hips up and pull your feet in (so its like your doing a handstand with your feet on the ball). I cant even do that move, Does it get easier?

    Sounds like the prone jacknife move in New Rules of Lifting for Women.

    It's a great core/stability move. I love it, but stear clear of the ball when I dismount, it gets away from me sometimes!
  • I use these DVD's sometimes too when I have to work out at home. I think each DVD gives you a very good work out. As a matter of fact, I have trouble getting through an entire thing!! Hopefully as I do them more, I will get better at them. Good luck :)
