Is that right??

I try to update my weight monthly on here; and I've noticed as I'm losing weight my calories increase. Is that right?? I lost a little over 4lbs the past month and it increased my calories by 300 - seems counter productive to me. Should I start eating more?

are you increasing your exercise? because it should be lowering for sure.

on the My HOME page, go to Check-in and update your current weight.
Then go to settings, Update diet/Fitness profile and make sure everything is correct there. Hit update at the bottom and your calories should be updated correctly.

One thing that might have changed it is if you switched from sedentary to lightly active. (effectively increasing your exercise level in the calculation)

Did you change your Activity Level or the rate of loss (like from 2 pounds to 1.5 pounds per week?) Those are the only reasons it should change.
