In your personal experience what is the best lower ab workout? Ive tried many but havent seen much change. Any advise?

You're not going to see any ab progress unless you're dieting to lose fat. You can do a million sit ups a day, but the muscles will be blanketed by fat. This is where a healthy diet comes in.0

Continue losing weight and lift weights. I never thought this would help, but it really does. Try it!0
