To workout or not to workout....

What is everyone's views on working out when you're sick? I have been told both sides; working out is good for you - all the sweat and blood flow will help you get better sooner. Or take it easy and rest when you're sick cause your body needs time to recoop. And Im not talking like a little cough but a body ache, swollen lympnodes, migraine, hot then cold type of sick. What do you guys think?
