Progress since July.
July 1 of this year I was burned at work. Here is the picture that was taken of the burn. I started dieting on August 26. I weighed 226 lbs. This was taken on December 20. at 189 lbs. The burn is healing nicely.

Heart rate moniter sent different numbers to the watch than
I did a workout the other day with my heart rate moniter on. The machine was reading from the chest strap, and giving me about 20 or 30 bps higher than the watch was telling me.
