Hello. My name is Dave, and I'm new here. I did Body for Life in 2007 and was quite successful. But then I started having marriage problems, and depression issues, lost my motivation, stopped working out and eating healthy, and started packing on the weight again. Now I'm divorced and Basically starting over. I gained a few bad habits from before. I would go crazy on a free day, and eat a ton knowing I wouldn't be able to have it for another week. After I stopped working out and eating right, everyday became that way. I figure this is an easier way to keep track of my calories.
