how do i track calories if i don't know the nutrition info
A lot of the food I eat doesn't have the nutrition info, like I eat at my work a lot (it's free food and I'm there all the time). So yeah I could estimate the calories but it is so easy to be way off with that and then I won't lose weight. So what can I do about this?

what is a good muscle mass/help reading scale?
I just bought a new scale and am trying to analyze the results..body fat, hydration, muscle, etc.. It says it tells you how much skeletal muscle you have in pounds. Mainly I am wondering how many pounds of skeletal muscle is good to have, what is the average, and what does it mean? Thanks

I bought a sportline elite womens 660 HRM and it isn't reading my heart rate? It read it a couple times but it doesn't stay it just goes back to three blinking lines. I can't even start working out because it wont read my HR. Does anyone know how to fix it?

If I focus mainly on exercise but don't change diet too much can I lose body fat?
